In support of our product warranties, Always On provides a combination of in-house repair, 1-800 number engineering phone support, and nationally located trained service providers for on-site support and repair, resulting in a service experience that exceeds the product specified warranties.
Specific provisions, terms, and requirements apply to our warranties, and purchasers are advised to consult the specific warranty for applicability. Except as provided under the written warranty applicable to each product, Always On makes non warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular application. Our extended warranty and service options reduce the financial stress that can come with unexpected need for repairs after the regular warranty period.
